Vicky Hyden has been with our firm since 2004. She is currently working as a Case Manager/Paralegal. She obtained her Associate Degree from Volunteer State College with concentration in paralegal studies in 2006. As a student, she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
As a Case Manager, she works closely with clients and attorneys ensuring that each client receives the individual attention they deserve. Her position with the firm is one that requires great attention to detail, the ability to solve problematic issues and devotion to the clients. She works with the clients from case opening to settlement. She spends time discussing and resolving issues with clients and insurance companies, packaging cases, and preparing and filing legal documents. Her job is to ensure that a client gets the greatest settlement possible with the least amount of stress for the client. This position allows Vicky to utilize her skills not only as a paralegal, but also as a caring individual. She enjoys helping people get what they are entitled to and is a firm believer in justice.
Outside of work, Vicky enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets. She has a three year old son named Jaden. She enjoys taking him to the park, the movies and playing video games at the local fun center.
