Bio:
Jena is the newest addition to our firm with previous experience as a legal secretary.
As Case Intake Specialist, Jena is the first contact with our firm. She is an information resource to callers to determine how we can best meet their needs. Her pleasant voice and sweet disposition are definite assets to our team.
After a case comes into our office, Jena enters the data into our case management software and begins the process of gathering information for the case. She also provides backup support to the Case Managers.
Jena is a native of Middle Tennessee growing up in Gallatin on Old Hickory Lake. After graduating from Gallatin High School, Jena received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Mississippi with a major in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. Recently, she finished her first year of law school at The Nashville School of Law.
Jena has a heart for helping others and has spent her summers throughout high school and college doing mission work in China, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Mexico, England, and throughout the United States. Her past studies and experiences abroad have taught her how to communicate with the Spanish speaking population as well. After law school, she hopes to work in family law with adoptions and child advocacy.
